The Ascended Master Razza is the Master of the 14th Ray - a relatively new Ascended Master - to the consciousness of mankind who is patron of the Ray of Journeying. The ray of Astral and inter dimensional travel, the alteration of consciousness, guidance from the spiritual realms.
